Coffee

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our coffee. All of our coffee is roasted for optimal freshness! Due to its perishable nature our coffee cannot be returned for credit, exchange or a refund. If a package has physical damage, please reach out to our customer service Contact@silentherocoffee.com  (replacement of the same blend or of equal or lesser value). Customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Merch/Apparel

Apparel and gear cannot be returned currently. If the apparel or gear is damaged, please reach out to our customer service Contact@silentherocoffee.com
